Training in the morning or training in the evening? It's a big topic. Currently I train in the evening, but I do prefer to train in the morning. I feel like I just get over and out the way, start the day right, build up all metabolism as well. So yeah, I just really do prefer it. But like I said, currently I am training in just the evening. That's true to work, isn't it?
I feel like I like it in the evening more. If it's a weekend, I do mornings, but if it's work, I gotta do it after work. Um, but it all depends. like I'm busy working so it depends on my schedule and how the day goes.
Yeah personally I like training in the morning, literally first thing when I wake up because I just get out of the way because then in the evening I can wind down and showed my family and know that I've accomplished that.
