Do you go to therapy or how do you go about getting through your problems do you journal you talk to yourself you talk to a friend what do you do think I talk to friends a lot but you know they don't always have the best advice or any advice and therapies expenses And some days I feel like I will never get the answer that I need so trying to learn to work through that

Everyone needs therapy, but I also journal. Writing helps.

I was actually searching how to start journaling. I have never done that but I think that will be a great choice for me.

I do go to therapy and I do talk to my friends and I do journal and I talk to myself sometimes. I do a little bit of everything.

I don't go to therapy. I do not go because I cannot afford it right now. I usually overthink. I don't do any kind of journaling.

Sometimes I talk to friends. I don't want any solutions from them. I just want to be heard and listened Um, I just try to be patient I just want to be heard and listened to myself.

I do see a psychologist and before that I saw a therapist, a counselor, but yeah it's definitely important. I think everyone should go whether you have trauma or not. Everyone needs to be able to talk about their life.

Did you feel your therapist was helpful or the psychologist is more helpful I sometimes get confused as to like what exactly their differences

My last therapist was actually really helpful. I just switched to a psychologist because of insurance, but yeah, they both did the same thing. Psychologist just has more schooling and has a doctor degree.

I do. I haven't been in like a month but I usually try to go like weekly for a virtual call. But sometimes I don't have anything to talk about like you have to bring your own topic and that stresses me out.

Yeah if I went to therapy I would need someone to like a fish conversation out of me like I don't know I don't know where to start
