Do you go to therapy or how do you go about getting through your problems do you journal you talk to yourself you talk to a friend what do you do think I talk to friends a lot but you know they don't always have the best advice or any advice and therapies expenses And some days I feel like I will never get the answer that I need so trying to learn to work through that
Sometimes I talk to friends. I don't want any solutions from them. I just want to be heard and listened Um, I just try to be patient I just want to be heard and listened to myself.
I do see a psychologist and before that I saw a therapist, a counselor, but yeah it's definitely important. I think everyone should go whether you have trauma or not. Everyone needs to be able to talk about their life.
My last therapist was actually really helpful. I just switched to a psychologist because of insurance, but yeah, they both did the same thing. Psychologist just has more schooling and has a doctor degree.
I do. I haven't been in like a month but I usually try to go like weekly for a virtual call. But sometimes I don't have anything to talk about like you have to bring your own topic and that stresses me out.
