All right runners now we know the majority of us need music to go running and make it happen but are we running in the rain I've actually only ran in the rain a few times in like my lifetime and it was just like out of emotional stress like I just wanted to go for a run while was raining felt the right thing to do at the time but aside from like oh I need to run I don't care that it's raining now if it's like raining I'm not gonna work out outside I'll do an inside work out so are you guys not caring about the weather and still going out for your run what are y'all doing
Running in the rain is so fun and I mean so relaxing but at the same time you are aware that you might get a cold. I don't know if it's worth it but it's enjoy a volume.
I'm not a runner, but actually I did start at one point in 2021 and then I found out I was pregnant so I stopped But if I was still a runner, I just don't like doing anything in the rain I feel more anxious. I feel like I might slip, I might fall, and I just don't like being wet.
I don't know what it is maybe I'm just weird but running in the rain give me the egg like if I get wet after a showered for the day like in the rain it makes me feel so gross I can't do it
Ideally no I wouldn't run in the rain but if it's a thing where I had a routine and it's like okay every Saturday morning I go for a run and then it happened to be raining on a Saturday morning I will try and make myself go just out of discipline purposes but otherwise no I wouldn't I wouldn't run in the rain
Yeah, I would say running in the rain definitely has benefits. Especially because I live in London, it's always raining. And just the other day, in fact, I was cycling in the rain, no music, nothing, zero. And it really is a self-challenge in the mind, you know.
