This little face is kicking my butt at the gym it's getting so much hard to lift weights which is normal that's what happens during her luteal phase your body fatigues but I didn't think it was going to be this bad I just finally got up to like a good weight with squats in my lunges with the bar and I had to go minimal weight like just a bar and 10 pounds on each side today I was like not pleased with my work out so just going to be taking some aerobic Pilates classes for the rest of the week till I am back to normal
