In my area where I live there's been a lot of like these cryo spas that have been opening up which is just like basically a mini spa where it has rooms with essentially it looks like a tanning booth the ones that you stand up in and it's cold it is negative 140 degrees celsius I believe or like Fahrenheit I don't know but it's super super cold you're supposed to stand in there there for like two to three minutes and it has a bunch of benefits like you know the way that your blood flows, the way that your muscles regenerate, it's supposed to be very very good for after a workout and I've been curious to try it there's one up the street from me that's doing like a deal for $20 three sessions. Again mind you these sessions are two to three minutes long like it's nothing crazy. So I don't know is it worth it? Is cryo the new wave to you know wake up your muscles or relieve your muscles.
What's the plan I from experience would suggest that you deathly check it out I'm so I have scoliosis and I used the cryo-treatment for about a month I did go to to three times a week but I also was going to see a chiropractor as well but it definitely was a unique experience to say holiest him but it definitely pulled all the information out in spot
Part two I am at Paul's infinitely it you know it's spotted all this the areas in which I was inflamed in and was crazy because it's like you know your mind sucks with you your mind is like you're freezing and your body is like not in the spots that you think I'm freezing it's it's a really cool experience and for me it definitely helped so I'm I would deathly suggest giving it a shot Let me know how goes
Oh my gosh I've always wanted to try that but also like literally anything cold freaks me out with taking cold showers freaks me out but I don't really want to try that I'm saying even just a lot of facial that use cryo- work really well and folks in a special effects of dry skin and I have Hella dry skin
