Whether you're single, dating around, or in a serious commitment, the feeling of loneliness is bound to happen. So I want to know how do you deal with loneliness? Because for me, I'm going to sound a little crazy here. I date myself. I'll invest time in myself because at the end of the day, regardless of where you are in life, all you really have is you. And I like to take myself out to a nice meal. I will, you know, spend more time on my hobbies such as photography or buy flowers, I'll watch a funny movie, just something that makes me feel like me again. And you know, obviously pick up the phone and call a friend or family member or even, you know, my boyfriend and just let him know that, hey, like, I'm not feeling, you know, the best and I would love to have a date night. Like, communication is key regardless. That's what what I'm trying to get to. So yeah, we'd love to know your answer.
I sit with myself and talk myself through why you know being single is good for me and why I love myself and I'm valued also go to my apartment and get some exercise or go shopping and treat myself I just remember who I am
And if it's a really tough moment that I'm having with loneliness, I will allow myself to feel that, you know? and then also make sure that I move out of that space.
