Do you guys like to hit your cardio before you start lifting weights or after you start lifting weights? It really depends on my mood, but typically I'll do it after. I feel like I'm getting more of a pump that way instead of doing it before it's more like a warm-up. Instead of like, real cardio. Does that make sense?
Definitely after I use it like a five minute warm-up and then I read somewhere that it's a lot better if you do it after so I do my weight training first and then I'll end it off with a 20 to 25 minute cardio session

I don't like to burn myself out before weights because I like to gradually go up in the way I like to build my muscle not just trying to like clean out so burning out before the weight session is not ideal for me
I think it does depend on my mood. I liked it before because it really warms me up and gets me ready for my workout. you know my joints are warm and after because who can be bothered
I think it also depends on like the amount of people at my gym at the moment I sometimes just get on the cardio machines to weed off people until I can use the machine I really want to use
Those are all great things to do for cool down cardio I think people forget that there's other things aside from like the stairmaster and treadmill to do cardio if there's no if there's other ways
