So the biggest tip for muscle gain is just to make sure you're eating enough protein and eating enough food. I think going to gym, yeah it's all good but you need to make sure you're getting a macrosome.

For me it's very important to get to hypertrophy so that I know that my muscles are tearing, so that they grow, so get to the point where you can't finish the set. So, lightweight or heavyweight.

My biggest tip for muscle gain would be compound movements or compound lifts Because those engage pretty much a lot of the body's muscles all at the same time So even when you're working out primary muscle group, the hours will be naturally getting stronger due to stabilization
