Alright this one is a big one how much sleep is enough sleep how much sleep do you need to be able to function on a day-to-day life I can function probably 73 hours sleep I try to get every night but I've got other people say that they can function and 45 hours how much for you

Personally I need a lot more sleep I sleep a lot so for me about eight hours

No, it has to be minimum six hours, like six to eight hours. I don't know how people can do like three, four, two hours sleep. It's impossible.

Yeah, everybody's different on their functionality. However, it is medically required to have seven hours of sleep for mental stability. And people who sleep less find that they'll need to catch up later on. I need about nine.

See to function for me one or two hours, but later on I'll definitely need to catch up on that sleep

I can function on that four hour sleep that's not a problem but obviously I think people should be getting 78 hours of sleep minimum.
