Listen, what are some self-care routines people are doing? Me, when I wake up in the morning, I like to set 20-30 minutes aside to meditate, have a cold shower. I also take my supplements, have a nice light breakfast. And, yeah, that's it. This is auf Geldfühledschwein!

I currently don't have anything that I would say is like a typical self-care routine, but I consider going to the gym on its own like a form of my self-care.

Self care, I would say stretching is very important in terms of taking care of yourself.

Yeah, definitely meditation, the Wim Hof Method, if you know about it, cold showers and coffee. Definitely lots of coffee.

I like to wake up at least an hour earlier than what I would originally wake up. Like an hour or two. Just so I can have that time to myself. like have my coffee in the morning and just yeah have time to myself

Yeah, definitely creating more and consuming less. I definitely try not to like reach for my phone and scroll through social media the second I wake up
