Alright guys, what do you all think is more important in terms of fitness and health? Are we looking at motivation or discipline? You guys, we have always been saying that discipline is the underlying factor of success because motivation comes and goes. But if you stay disciplined forever, then that's when the progress comes and that's what you'll do in some time. We'll see you guys later.
I agree it's discipline over motivation because you're not always gonna have motivation but if you're always disciplined then you know that's when the real progress comes in
It has to be discipline I don't think there's an argument there because if you have no motivation we still have discipline you're still going to get up and go to the gym but if you have motivation and no discipline there's no way you're going to the gym
I think the main goal is to stay motivated as much as you can or find a way to to be motivated like forever basically anything that you wanna do regarding fitness that's the most important thing
I feel like good discipline creates good motivation because you're not motivated enough, but if you're disciplined enough you can go. but you can't do that all the way around. Bro?
