I try to use oils when I'm cooking not too much but just like you know a tablespoon or so I dove like peanut butter has some fat because the oils and I love avocado as well so that part is I mean with those I think you should use that
That's a really great question so for me are usually cook with coconut oil or avocado oil or olive oil and I eat tons of avocados and I eat lots of like almonds and use nut butters like almond butter I am so oil and also grass fed butter so I tend to normally get quite a lot of healthy fats and eat a lot of wild fish as well and have a mega fatty acid supplement
