That's a really good question and I think it's unique for every single person but two main key things would be how you maintain the consistency and how you know accountable you are to either yourself or a trainer or a coach that you have and what systems are you putting in place so that you can keep that goal so that you don't yoyo back and also making sure that your why is stated and clear for you every single day because it's not always going to be because you feel like it, but if you have your why, That's it.
