Just sharing a tip for those who do struggle to get their macros hit like to get enough food in for the day because ice myself struggle at times which I know a lot of people think that that's so stupid they don't believe me when I say I have a hard time remembering to eat Sundays but somehow they just got so busy and caught up with my day and I didn't think about food so what really help me right now is setting reminders on my phone so I got to give me a little annoying at times but it works for me so just a little tip maybe it'll help you to if you need it or not I don't know
They're allowing yourself to have a cheat meal, say like once a week and maybe later you can do like twice a month or something like that. because if you fully restrict yourself, I think I'll complain but you all just go back to our unhealthy habits.
Do you know what I'm going to start doing those because it sounds like the dumbest thing ever but I just forget to eat sometimes and I realize it until my stomach starts to talk back to me and I'm getting I'm feeling a little weird I'm just like oh dang I forgot to eat like today I only ate in the morning and once museum and I am starving some and I'm gonna go get some thing but I love this app
