You guys, I can't believe we're already into the month of May. I feel like 2023 is just going quick. Um, but I'm wondering, do you have any specific goals for May? For me, I think the only thing I'm really focused on is fixing my sleep schedule because it is very messed up right now and obviously, you know, like sleep is just as important as feeling our body and moving our body. So I feel like I'm doing pretty well in all the other areas of my fitness journey, wellness journey, but except for the sleeping part. So I'm definitely trying to figure out ways to where I can get enough sleep and not oversleep or undersleep. So I'm just curious if you have any specific goals for this month.
