So I personally don't meal prep but I really want to hear some ideas from you guys and what you guys meal prep I do like maybe make like dinner and then if there's leftovers that's what I'll eat the next day but I've never really meal prep for like 4 to 5 days at a time I feel like I just get bored of the food that I would make so what type of foods do you guys make on your meal prep
I don't meal prep every day but when I do I usually cook some chicken or rice or or some potatoes with some protein like chicken or fish and of course solid.
I personally don't meal prep either but in the past but I have your product I made overnight oats the those are so good and inside of your piping I usually just have a like a thought of what I want to eat for the day so it helps you like think of it more but it always changes so that's why I don't feel proud but overnight oats are the bomb
