I'm just curious what is your opinion on flavored water or even sparkling water? Like is it a yes for you or a no? Would you rather be drinking like Gatorade, Powerade type drinks or other like something that has electrolytes in it? For me personally, I never used to be too big on flavored water Occasionally I'll drink it just if I'm getting really sick of my like regular water and I'm trying to still not drink soda or something but I do like to put my BCAAs in there sometimes that helps a little bit as well.
I think it's a cool idea and it can be a good way to drink my water if it's a flavored water and there's not a bunch of Eno additives colorings sugar yeah I'd like I like the the Gatorade propel brand it's like a little sweet but not too sweet
Am I loves sparkling water so like there's like a pomegranate flavor that I like and there's also raspberry lime one that I trade recently that was also really good so yeah I like it and if I had an endless supply that I would just rather drink sparkling
Most definitely, Flavor Water is the business, especially Hint. I can't really get down with this Parkland water yet. It's kind of just unflavulous unless it's from the Walmart brand. but oh yeah, I'm definitely here for a flavor of water in my life.
I don't like flavoured water but if I do I don't like the really store-bought ones I like the actual natural ones here like the ones that have mint leaves in them lime lemon, strawberries, raspberries, mint, yeah all that stuff like natural stuff.
Listen, sparkling water I fuck with innit? But flavourful water, too much sugar man. You know people don't realise how much sugar is in that shit. So be careful my people, stay healthy.
For me it's like a 50-50, like... I just hate like the overpowered flavored water. Like, I just like a splash of flavored water. But it has to be iced. If it's not iced, then it's crap.
so fun fact i was drinking a lot of flavored water um and it was like the little um flavorings that you would like squeeze into your water bottle and i was drinking a lot of it like over a gallon a day and i was like super hydrated and stuff but i was like my hunger was like all messed up like i was wanting to binge all the time like i was stressed out i was gaining weight i couldn't understand it and then i looked at the label and it had red 40 in it and it was literally really messing up my whole life.
and like once i cut out that flavoring because i was like this is literally the only thing that i've changed like why is my like life turned upside down and like once i cut out like putting the flavoring in my water like everything went back to normal and then i realized like how much red 40 i was consuming and yeah so now before like i drink any like flavored water or anything i just just like make sure it doesn't have red 40 in it.
