Yo yo, so guys, what's the best way to get lean and keep muscle mass? As I mentioned in my last post, I'm fasting currently and Ramadan's come until close. And I want to, you know, my fitness goal right now is to get as lean as much as possible shredded, right? And I've been eating high protein meals, taking away protein, isolated, strictly protein. And yeah, any tips you guys you may have or maybe certain things to eat, maybe implement intimate fasting. Just wanted to know what strategies you guys lead from personal experience and there's any tips you can share.

So high protein diet is key, so good thing you're doing that. Plus the protein powder, the shakes, that's good. You really want to make sure that the carbs you are eating are not like grains, pasta, processed sugars. You want to be eating more like potatoes, sweet potatoes, fruit, whole sources of carbs. and that's going to really help you get that like lean look while maintaining muscle mass.

Yeah, I think just really have a look at your diet and just ensure you're scrutinizing sort of every little thing you eat. Yeah, just go overboard with it. Nothing. Just Erg, Dony O. Theamaedou!
