Yo yo, so guys, what's the best way to get lean and keep muscle mass? As I mentioned in my last post, I'm fasting currently and Ramadan's come until close. And I want to, you know, my fitness goal right now is to get as lean as much as possible shredded, right? And I've been eating high protein meals, taking away protein, isolated, strictly protein. And yeah, any tips you guys you may have or maybe certain things to eat, maybe implement intimate fasting. Just wanted to know what strategies you guys lead from personal experience and there's any tips you can share.
