I also do legs twice a week. I'm going to be shifting my workout schedule in a little bit, but I aim for twice a week. And I think that's good for me. I'll do one like overall leg day and then later on in the week, I'll do like a full body day and I'll throw some legs in there again. But yeah, I think two is enough. Three is kind of pushing it. You got to make sure you're really recovering. But yeah.
