One thing that I reflected about and that I really see a major difference when it comes to the health of my mindset is knowing that I'm not in full control what I can control is my mindset and how I respond to circumstances in life but I can't control everything in life things happen overnight things can happen in the blink of an eye and how I trade my mindset to respond to those situations especially when they're hard unexpected challenging things that arise will determine how I'm able to navigate that and the overall well-being of my mental health and my mindset so it's always best to prepare your mindset before those hardships, because how you prepare your mindset prior to the storm will determine the outcome of how you navigate respond and react to the storm Those who are most successful in life always are sowing into their mindset they're training their mindset they don't make excuses and they are resilient so so into invest in building a strong mindset that doesn't negate the intensity of the storm but knows how to pivot knows how to respond and navigate through those situations without being led merely and only by your emotions

You know I really love this because you're absolutely right I am somebody who likes to be able to control certain situations even though I know that that cannot happen like when they pertain to me and there's a lot of things out of my control and I have to consistently remind myself that depending on how I react to that situation so it's something I'm still learning and working on
