Oh man, I had no idea. I usually just take it whenever I remember. But that's good to know. I don't want to interfere with my sleep. I need my sleep.

Yeah, I've got to agree with this one. I've taken it a few times on the night and dreams are weird. I can't even describe it. know what it's to be a MND or I must have a mess up with your Stephen Pan for sure.

I did not know that. I kind of just take my vitamins whenever I remember, but I will start taking or making sure that I take my vitamin D in the morning. Thank you.

Wow, I didn't know that. That is great advice. And yeah, in the wintertime, I will definitely start taking it in the morning because I already have enough total of people getting to go to sleep.
