I am for me a definitely be training my core strength or my arms I know it's important just like everything else but I absolutely hate I don't find any joy out of trading those
100% anything to do with core is just difficult so I'll tell you abbs because they just stop burning and you just feel like you're not even able to do than was at the time. Just too much work.
I'm not thinking about it as a body part I would hate to work out but if my chest was exactly how I wanted it then I would save so much time in the gym and I can focus on other things.
It's so funny because like when I was younger training legs was so fun so enjoyable and now it's like I dread it it's like I I wanna puke and then I'm sore for days so yeah
