I'm not going to question right now, I just came here to see. You can do whatever you want to do with this but, yeah skipping. Skipping is amazing. And most people I know, well I've met and I've asked them what they've done to lose weight. They all say skipping is one of the cardios, one of the form of cardios they pick up. Probably they do something with their diet as well but yeah skipping is just, just can't It says amazing.
