I avoid antibiotics like the plague for that reason because I agree there are times where I have had to take antibiotics but what I'd like to focus on is boosting my immune system generally so that I can avoid getting infections that require antibiotics

For less aggressive infections that may not need traditional antibiotics or a really potent natural antibiotic so you can take like a little silver and garlic and oil of oregano if it's something more preventative and proactive versus something really bad

I totally agree with you the natural antibiotics are way better than the chemical and regular ones and won't affect your body that much

Yeah that's very accurate and unfortunately probably one of the reasons I messed up my gut health so much growing up but now I found like ways to heal without using antibiotics so I kind of like that.

They usually say you should be eating like Icelandic yoga or kefir, is that how you say it? when you take antibiotics so you're at least taking probiotics with the antibiotics.
