Honestly with meditation I really love headspace. I loved it, the application, I think they're brilliant people with a brilliant product couldn't recommend it enough.

I'm so bad at meditating. I'm working to be better. I was us of now. I close my eyes, take a deep breath and start thinking for everything. Let's say if I am stressing about, I don't know, an assignment, right? I like, okay, breathe. And I'm so grateful I have the opportunity to be here in the school doing what I'm doing and then breathe out.

Honestly, I just started using Calm. I think Calm is a really decent app. And I mean, I have a lifetime membership. I would just get the lifetime so you don't have to keep spending money over time.
