Yes this is one of the things that I talk to people about most especially if you live in a region where you're not able to get sunshine every single day in the winter in the fall months to take lots of vitamin D because you need it it's more the hormone that it is a vitamin so obviously I ask people to consult with their head coach practitioner just to make sure that you're taking the white quantity for your knees but it is probably one of the top three supplements and vitamins that I recommend people to take all the time

I have vitamin D and I take it sometimes but definitely not enough especially because I live somewhere where I don't get sunlight that often And so I definitely need to take it more often.

Yeah I actually got my bloods done this years ago and they told me to take vitamin D supplements so I take them kind of just whenever I remember but always once a day but like I don't have like a time in the day

I take vitamin D supplements during the fall and winter like whenever I can get much sunlight. Right now the sun is coming out and getting warmer. I'm not taking it because I think I think my body can produce it enough with my sun exposure.

As long as you're getting outside and the sunlight I think it's sufficient but you certainly can some people just don't get a proper intake of the vitamins so yeah I do but getting out in the sun is natural and easy way to do it but put on sunscreen.

I have a vitamin D deficiency according to my doctor so I actually need to start taking my vitamin D more. It just sits in my cabinet going unchecked unused for some reason.

Yeah, I simply just take the M&D preferably in the evening after my meals and because in the UK there's not much sun generally, so I think Plus he's helped me with the back pains and just bone health as all.
