I think both are great workouts calisthenics allows you to build that strength to lift your body up and do squats and jump do whatever and then gym/weights is fantastic to actually push your body to see your top strength
It's not just calisthenics I can do any kind of exercise without a machines or a gym in my house and a room I have a donated about 8 x 8' that's all I need
Calisthenics cause it's better for your body cause you're able to like do all this handstands and mobility got balance weight of things just strength you don't get all this other stuff that comes with calisthenics enough

Depends on what your goal is if you wanna get body weight like strength wise you wanna be able to pull ups and muscle ups and stuff do calisthenics but if you want to just move heavy weight then do weights if you wanna build muscle yeah the weight
