Yeah I agree so much on this I already had a voice note but are you having any disorder and calories are not always accurate as well like companies will try to round up and I feel like eating like non-processed
yes and i never realized how many calories i used to actually eat before and it's like i used to eat like 2500 to 3000 calories per day which is just crazy but like Now I eat like 1500 on average.
No way the only time I counted was when I was taking a nutrition class but I I definitely try to eat healthy but I can't count calories it's makes me too obsessed it's not worth it
