I don't really do a restrictive diet. I have tried fasting, the intermittent fasting, and I did eight hours of a window to eat and then the rest of the 16 hours I fasted with only just like water tea coffee.
If I do track anything, it would be my protein and my general calories. I don't like track it to a T, but I just try my best and like try to figure out, you know, try to stick with lower calorie foods. So.
I've tried a couple different ones my favourite being Weight Watchers and the keto diet my dad also did the Atkins one and he had a lot of success with that but I never stick to the diets
