So I just want to tell you about how anxiety has been impacting my nervous system and well-being in general. I try to handle it my best but sometimes when I get a lot of problems at once or uncomfortable situations then I have like this consistently palpitations and not sweaty hands but I just started to feel like worried and feeling difficult to breathe. I just tried to you know drink some water try to relax a little bit but also I've been getting a lot of acne due to stress and I just try to handle it the best way possible. I hope I think many Many of you guys can relate to this.
