That is so important. There's a big difference between being kind and being a doormat. Boundaries are important and people like to act as if having boundaries makes you mean. No, me being kind doesn't mean you can do anything you want. Let's get that clear.

back to oncology for the results of the CT scan. My liver is taking up half my abdomen! It is reversible? Do I need IV chemo too? Was the 8 mo gap in my treatment too long? 🤷🏾♀️ Film at 11 I guess.

Back from oncology. News is mostly good! My lymph nodes are less swollen in my neck and chin already. My white blood count is 2x higher than it should be but that’s the only negative.

I was sick literally all day long until an hour ago. Because I have #disabilities & #cancer, some days are like that. I wish I had the luxury to not have to explain that I’m a Black Disabled woman.
