Do you use subtitles when watching a movie or series

Yeah I'm always put the subtitles on so I can hear better

If I don't use subtitles, I just like don't process it the same. like I hear the noise but the noise doesn't make any sense

Sometimes I'll use subtitles, depends on how bad the audio quality of the movie is. If it's bad then I'll put subtitles on it. If not, I'm feeling awake, then I won't have subtype long.

Yes I didn't realize that this was an ADHD thing but yeah I had to have the subtitles on because I otherwise I zoned out too quickly also I'm a little deaf so always have subtitles on
