Absolutely, when it comes to being balanced, you gotta be able to decipher whether you're swaying too much to your masculine or your feminine side. That's balance. You must be in tune with both sides, but you need to pick up when you're leaning to one side more than the other. Abso-fucking-lutely.

I think with the way that I was raised and the way that I saw things, like, with the dynamic of my parents, like, they had a very, very, like, kind of, like, 1950s, like, outlook on life. Like, my dad being the primary breadwinner and having the full-time job and working and my mom staying home. And when one has, you know, a flaw and the other one is more stronger in that, like, yes, they do complement each other quite well. But...

What's so crazy is how we started to police emotion. We are human beings, male and female, and emotions play a big part as to how we conduct ourselves. Overly emotional people learn how to draw back and very aggressive people learn how to draw back because it's called balance. Hello? Balance. What's the matter?

A person learns balance. You have to learn balance in everything you do to conduct yourself in this life. Hello? Yes, we hear. Emotions are a part of us. Damn, why do we police them so hard? Thank you.

Look, I always say that the theme of couple relationships is based on a mixture of energies, right? Well, it is called feminine and masculine energy because it has always been called that way. And when two people have the same energy, it is when they collide. So I think there has to be a balance always in that sense.
