So I keep my daughter at a daycare just because of the whole germs and then just getting super sick so little backstory I start a new job and those work from home side to put my daughter to daycare just like for the training for the two weeks of training the third day my daughter came home so damn so that she was throwing up and I thought he was just like from the suit that sheet that she's throwing up that soup but know that she was throwing up like three or four days had the runs and then she got like a really really bad like cold or flu or something and that's what I just said I was like you know what she is not going back to daycare like I'm not gonna be able to handle taking off like time for this new job just because my daughter is getting sick every week I'm just curious is this something that you also face of your kids go to daycare if you understand like she does have to build her Mune system right now but like damn I cannot handle that

Honestly, if you think about it, there's germs everywhere, not just daycare. There's going to be germs in elementary school, middle school, high school, everywhere you go. So if you're that paranoid about germs and stuff, then I don't know how your kids are gonna like

I feel like this is a double edge sword because if you keep him away from the other kids then they won't get sick all the time when they're little but then they don't build up like the immunity but it sucks when they're sick all the time

Yeah, I don't do daycare just because you can't trust anybody with your kids half the time anymore, let alone like strangers that I take care, but yeah the germs are definitely a huge issue.

I think that's a stressful situation and when I was in daycare as a child all kinds of shit happens so daycare is not a it's not it's not an option she can go to family members or one of my friends

I personally think the sooner you put them in the butter or the more often you take them out places better so then you get expose and get sick more often so that it's not a severe because my daughter is now 2 1/2 and I put her in it

Yeah I agree and anyone that does have their kids in daycare you know that's what you're doing that's your choice I have no shade against that but I am grateful that we don't have our daughter in daycare

First, I would like to say that I am very privileged and I'm very grateful for the fact that I've never had to send my son to daycare. That being said, I definitely notice a difference between kids that go to daycare versus kids that don't as far as how often they're sick. And my son now goes to preschool for very part time. It's only for two hours a day. And then sometimes he goes to our gym daycare for like an hour while I work out.

So, yeah, I didn't put my kids in daycare A because I don't trust anybody B because daycare is extremely expensive. But at the same time, the germs are so ridiculous. So even if I had a job, I am like the default parent. I am the one with the kids 24-7. So if I was, you know, there was nobody, there's nobody that could come get them. got sick it would be me and no job wants you to be calling off 30,000 times because your kid got some kind of flu.
