Yeah, a lot. But I wouldn't say like, nicotine for me. I don't know if it's like this for a lot of other people, but like, it's a force of habit rather than a addiction. You know what I'm saying?

Not sure what kind of smoke you're referring to, but I did quit smoking cigarettes 17 years ago, and I feel so much better.
