It really depends on how you look at it because the way I look at it someone could be a catalyst or a spark but you need a group of people collaborating with that person, right? To make the difference.

But someone else might think, oh, that catalyst was that one person that made the difference, you know what I mean? Because it was the originator. It really depends on how you look at it, but I feel like it's more of a group effort.

Since we are all tribal I definitely think that one person can definitely influence the collective I think that when you have a stand or sit for yourself it definitely trickles down into your ecosystem
