So I absolutely hate when my daughter gets sick but I give her a lot of multivitamins and we actually pulled her out of daycare within three days because she got super super sick after her third day and yes on my advice it's just I guess not bring the kids to daycare or germ filled areas and just giving them lots of vitamins
Unpopular opinion here, germs are inevitable no matter if you put your kid in daycare or if they end up going to like public school in the future. So it's better for them to get sick now and build their immune system now versus their immune system trying to figure it out later.
So my son's in pre-k and we struggle with this a lot because I'm the type of parent if my kid is like showing signs That he's sick I'm keeping him home and I will not send him back home until he ain't showing a fever ain't showing signs of sickness and and other parents.
And other parents will just send their kids to school, you know, with, you know, when they know they're sick. Like, if you know they're sick, like, keep them home. You know cheese drives me insane.
We won't be putting my daughter in daycare because I don't trust anybody. Like at all, I don't trust a single soul. And my daughter doesn't have her own voice yet. If she has her own voice, it might change, but she doesn't have her own voice. So no, not for me.
Imagine the daycare's are very dirty like they get dirty throughout the days I'm sure they clean them at night but you never know so I don't know just personally for me daycare is not an option it'll be just can't afford it first of all it's like $800 a month
So I am a daycare preschool teacher and when I first started working with kids I was literally sick for a whole year straight on and off like nonstop no break just straight sick and
And then eventually like I just worked on it like build up my immunity and I was still taking multivitamins and stuff and now my son is four months old and he is also at my job and when he first started his first week he was super sick
But now we are almost 2 months in of him being in daycare and he gets his little sickness here and there but he's building his immunity and I think we know that's important too
And going to school like it helps him get a build his immunity you know and you can also give multivitamins while they still go to school but I know it sucks
