Unless you have some kind of disease, no. Not at all. Even if you do it on purpose, it's not assault.

So rude. It should be considered an assault. I mean, you should know by now, after an entire pandemic, to just cover your mouth with your hands, with a napkin, with your clothing, doesn't matter. Don't do it directed to anybody.

Apparently it's called assault with bodily fluids. That's what my partner just told me. Well my fiance. So yes, it's assault. It's not technically assault, it's literally legally considered assault.

Me personally, yeah because We would infect some virus or food to the person we're coughing to so I don't believe it's a biological assault.
