I do think if people do not spend enough time in the sun for long periods of time, it ends up affecting their mental health because sunlight helps us produce our tone in, which is a hormone that makes us happy. But I'm wondering how people that live in the northern hemispheres do it. I wonder if depression and anxiety rates are higher there than here in places like California that we get a lot of sunlight.
For sure, all humans need to have sufficient sunlight for their bodies to work right. Like, seriously. It's extremely important. So it affects your mental health a lot too.
Yes lack of sunlight really affects me because I have the nervous system and healthy relax and calm down and I love laying on the floor in the sun so to give any to the sun mellow
Yeah I have noticed that though like being in clothes and being in a dark place is announcing sunlight it could be less a lot as a lot of people in prison I'm in and jails they're there are ripped from the sunlight
Everything has a design, everything has a purpose, and there's a reason why things, people do the things that they do. So yeah, absolutely the sun is beneficial. I mean, look at our forefathers, they traveled in the sun years and years on end.
Yes, I am considering moving to, well, I was considering moving to either LA or New York, but I'm not moving to New York. I can't do it. Love the city, but that weather, I can't do it. I need sunshine, so LA, sunshine all the way.
