So tips for healthy teeth, of course floss at least every night. Brush your teeth regularly. If you drink coffee or wine, brush them right after that. Use a water flosser if possible. I heard from dental assistants that it works really well and it could be better than actual floss. And get a good mouthwash, not those that are high in alcohol.

Recently found out that certain flosses are actually bad for us. So I think the first thing is to research and find out a good toothpaste and floss.

So I heard that oil pulling is really good for you. I didn't do it for too long but I've been thinking on TikTok that and like apparently clove oil pulling. It's very interesting.

I would forgo the mouthwashes. It's, you know, chemicals and yuckies. A great thing is a little bit of green tea in the afternoon and it's great for gum health. You can Google it. Bye.

Browse my teeth daily. My teeth is very important because if you don't Browse your teeth, you're uh, rooting your and your teeth is not healthy.
