A lot of things help me with stress and to relax but right now I would say if I take my dog for a walk when it's a nice day that really really helps me with stress makes me smile even

I think the only thing that really helps me get through today is like a morning blunt. It's like 10 minutes before I go to work. He'll just relieve all the stress by its own.
