I agree. I don't think any social media is good for your mental health to tell you the truth. Unless maybe you're making some good money on it, you know, that might be a boost. But for the rest of us, I don't think you should be contributing or feeding that machine. The best way to escape it is to just delete the app. But keep stereo, this is dope.
