We live so much in an age and I always bring things back to stereo as well where we are able to point fingers all the time and tell people what they have done or their shortcomings but how often are you actually looking at yourself to reflect and improve and become the best version of you? I would like to know It's got me.

I am, yeah. I think being self-critical is a good thing. You shouldn't be self-destructive though. You should always seek to be the best version of yourself without in the process consuming yourself. So yeah, it's important. A good part of personal growth.
