Does your partner's financial situation matter? Would you be with someone who had less than you? What's your take on this?

A little bit, they can't be stupid with money.

No, this is a good one. Relationship I'm in right now, I'm the like the breadwinner. I make all the money. She works like one day a week, so it doesn't matter to me. I like that she doesn't work. I get to spend more time with her and shit, you know?

Can't lie, no I couldn't, only because I'm a bit old school and I feel like men should provide for women and I can't be with you if you can't provide for me.

Their current financial position doesn't matter. Maybe the reasons why they're there can become relevant, but no, otherwise no. It's more about do they have the potential together with you to get to a better place.

Definitely his situation matters. You know, what's the plan, stand kind of thing. But both my partner and I had jack shit when we met.

As long as they can be independent and take care of themselves and they never ask me for anything, it doesn't matter.

Yeah I don't think it matters at all unless they work hard and like have goals and aspire to be better I don't think the current financial situation would make a difference

It should never matter because one should grow together. This idea of the man should just have all the money and the woman should have no part in that makes no sense to me. When a man and a woman get together they become one.
