Oh, we can definitely laugh about it now. It's almost 18 years later. But yeah, that was when I found out birth control doesn't work for everyone.

I had the next plan on and besides the typical nausea, headaches, weight gain, I ended up getting a lot of yeast infections like every month. And so I took it out and ever since then I've been very sensitive and I'm very susceptible to yeast infections. So because of that I refused to take birth control and now I'm going to get my tubes tied.

I was on birth control for almost 10 years from the ages of 15 until about 24 and I fully believe that birth control has done a lot to my body including depleted of vitamins and minerals, affected a lot of my hormones and which has led to all sorts of things like hair falling out, deficiencies, thyroid issues, etc.

No, because I don't think guys are supposed to do that. Or are they? I don't know. Thank you.

I took birth control from my junior year in high school up to the end of my sophomore year in college and I didn't realize that I was experienced in side effects so I was super emotional. My emotions and hormones were out of whack and then I didn't have a libido and I didn't get wet for sex anymore. So once I stopped I was like oh my gosh I used to think I was not attracted to my boyfriend. Turns out it was just the birth of dro.
