I think you kind of need both. I mean, to self-motivate you also have to be able to celebrate your achievements no matter how big or how small and keep yourself going. I think above all else though, discipline is the one thing that you can instill in yourself that will be longer lasting than self-celebration or self-motivation.

Yeah, I would say self-motivation because that typically leads to self-celebration either way So if every goal you set and you meet that goal, you then celebrate it, right? Right? Remind yourself. So yeah.
