Have you ever had any surgery? I had one. So my sinuses got blocked and I needed the doctor to remove some sinus tissue. I think it was like three or four sinus cavities and one of them needed to be emptied. So that was a bit painful and awkward but I can, I guess, breathe a lot better and I don't get sinus pain like I used to get before.
