Okay, let's say you're busy and you want to eat healthy. What would you rather do? Or what would you do? Cook at home or order takeout? I would cook at home because I think I have a better control of what I put in there and I can make it healthier and is cheaper as well.

This question only seems to have one answer. Absolutely cook for yourself for for all those reasons you mentioned and more.

I would cook myself because I know what is going into the food and I know what to make it healthy for me to eat out is most likely fast food or process food and it will excessive anyhow

You have a house there and you have control of what you put in there and it's cheaper.

Well, lucky for me, my wife is an amazing cook, so I definitely vouch for cooking at home or eating at home. I try and avoid takeaway as much possible unless it's a healthy restaurant. That's the only other way, but yeah. No junk. Zero junk. No cheat days. Nothing. No junk whatsoever.

partner who likes to cook if you don't like to cook because they can do it and you can do something else for them instead or like a a good team.

OK neither and this is why there are so many good meal plans out there where you can just have them come to your house that's so much easier just having a chef on the go 24 seven for ya but doing it in the pool way instead of the rich way and having them cook for you at home

Yes, I agree with you. I usually ask places to take out a lot of ingredients and I know it can be annoying, but yeah, a good way to do it, I guess, is cooking yourself.

yourself. You can control your macros, how clean things are, and pretty much everything that you put in there because I don't know what kind of them trust a lot of restaurants out there

To eat healthier definitely I will cook myself because I know the ingredients I'm about to use and the amount of sauces and salt I want to put it's not like

It's not like I don't like takeout. I love it, but it's not that healthy. So yes

Sometimes when you're in a rush like that I just don't have the energy to do it to cook but definitely if you do have the time to cook for yourself or try to meal prep before

Yeah, cooking takes a lot of time in Eftem, like, primarily before, but I get tired of the same food for like an entire week, well not entire week, but like five days, like a business week. but yeah I mean it's healthier and cheaper but it takes a lot of time.
