Would you say Avengers Endgame is the best Marvel film?

Hell no. Hell to the fuck no. The best Marvel movie is Captain America, Winter Soldier or Avengers Infinity War. Maybe, maybe Infinity War would have been the best, but not end game.

It's the only marvel film I watched him and my distinct memory of the movie was watching the deaf kid in front of me watch it on a small little TV like a screen with the subtitles
