Usually I work out during the night which is nice because there's no one there and I can kind of just relax and everything But I worked out today during the day. I feel really motivated and I feel like accomplished. What do you guys work out?

I usually work out during the night because I just scared of people I wanna very go to the gym and there's no people I don't feel self-conscious and I don't do anxiety I know they can wear whatever I want including nothing at all

I will not lie, this is something special about working out during the night. I don't know why, maybe it just gets you more concentrated, locked in, more adrenaline or something. So I'm gonna go for a night.

I prefer to work out in the morning to get my day started because if I wait until the end of the day, I'm more likely to not show up to the gym.
